Mould Remediation

Our mould remediation process includes:

• Assessment: Our qualified technicians assess and inspect the area to identify the extent and source of the mould growth
• Containment: The affected area is contained to prevent the potential spread of mould spores within the building or home.
• Cleaning: Depending on the type and ‘Condition’ of the mould affected area, cleaning can remove settled mould spores, and prevent future mould growth.
• Removal: If the damage to affected areas is significant, the affected materials may require removal.
• Equipment: During the mould remediation works we use HEPA air filtration devices to clean the air and reduce the potential for any cross contamination to other spaces.
• Drying: Drying may be required if the sub structure or cleaned materials are wet. We use specialised drying equipment to dry affected materials to prevent further mould growth.
• PRV: If the scale of the mould problem is significant enough, a Post Remediation Verification test and report may be required by an independent Indoor Environmental Professional to confirm that the mould remediation was successful.
